We fund studies that push boundaries for what’s possible
The EANS Foundation is committed to advancing research, education, and humanitarian efforts in the field of neurosurgery. We facilitate bringing innovation from research to the operating room — supporting new technologies, advanced simulations, and cutting-edge techniques that empower surgeons to save lives more effectively.
If you have an innovative idea, we can help it grow. Because in neurosurgery, progress is measured in lives improved, recovered, and saved.

Funding principles and core values
The EANS Foundation supports developing neurosurgery for humanity. It has strict goal to provide a legally viable and a transparent way for potential donators to support either research activities in any neurosurgical domain, or to support specific educational activities, and to fund initiatives for the improvement of care in a pre-defined context. Keeping privileged and trustful relationship between the donator and the doctor is the essence of a foundation, and it should not be replaced by anonymous handling of the funds.
This is where the EANS Foundation comes. To provide the option for donators to offer their contributions in a personal, humane and dedicated manner, to what they truly value.
Hence, we fund programs that:
- Bring scientific innovation to the different fields of neurosurgery.
- Provide new therapies treatment strategies for neurological impairments.
- Improve overall quality of care for the patients with neurological impairments.
